A bit about Nina--
"As a New Orleans native, Nina Sloss isn’t afraid of butter . A recent graduate of the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute, Nina is a baker by day, margarita enthusiast by night. Currently residing in NYC’s West Village, Nina offers Sunday Suppers to bring her warm southern roots to east coasters - in the form of casseroles, entrees, and more (!).
At the moment, a few of her favorite dishes include lamb bolognese , brown butter salmon, and of course, chocolate chip cookies. In a past life, Nina worked in Public Relations and politics but found her passion for cooking and baking as a grounding discipline in the midst of the chaos .
Now Nina is the founder of Sloppy Saucy, a publication inspired by her enthusiasm for accessible, fun, seasonal cuisine."
